In September I had the opportunity to participate in group coaching, which was held by Tatiana. I would not say that I went there with great enthusiasm. I was assigned by the division chief.

At first, I associated coaching with going to a psychologist, which usually did not evoke any positive emotions in me, I said “I am my own psychologist, I will do better”.
At the time there were problems in my life that I desperately refused to notice but I didn’t really want to dig into them.

So after the first session of group coaching with Tatiana began a complete transformation of my life, by the fourth session everything turned upside down in a good way!!! I triggered this mechanism, saw all my mistakes from the outside, comparing my condition, setting goals and going to them. I wasn’t given any advice or recipes for a happy life, judged for my mistakes. Tatiana asked questions correctly, helped me develop the best version of myself!
