Coach is not the one who tends to be an expert and prove his/her point . A coach helps create space and time for positive changes. Coaching encourages a client to find and make their own way. Coaching is not about how to admonish someone.

It's probably not about learning. Coaching just for the purpose of increasing sales is NOT the same as sales training where you are taught to use your tools and skills. In coaching it is possible to change attitudes towards sales, to believe in your results, increase confidence and build a sensible dialogue with your clients. You won’t be asked to repeat someone else's algorithms and tools but develop your own style and excellence.
